Building Plans
The land where Sungyata is being built is located on a slope. It has a beautiful view of the area and the surrounding mountains. The land is located next to a special rock. The rock symbolizes the grounding and
rooting experience we want people to experience. It brings a sacred, healing and protective energy.
Sungyata is being built with natural materials. The building is being made out of rammed earth, with some bamboo and wooden touches.
We want Sungyata to be a self sustainable place, so there will also be:
○ A water reservoir to collect rain water
○ A grey water recycling system.
○ A water pump with a borehole to collect water out of the ground.
○ Solar energy.
○ Space to create a farm.
The Center is a rejuvenating, self-sustainable space built in tune with nature and the mountains. It will comprise three buildings:
- Unit 1: The biggest building includes a multifunctional room, a small lounge, a dining hall, a terrace, a bar, a kitchen and a stockroom.
- Unit 2: The smallest building is the sanitary block, with toilets, and showers/changing rooms.
- Unit 3: The last building has a bedroom, an office for private healing and coaching consultations, and a small bedroom for a caretaker/security man.
